You’ve heard the expression, “An apple a day keeps the doctor away.” I love apples. They’re my favorite go-to food, especially when working out. Nutrition is important. Not everyone is in love with the nutritional benefits of apples, but I think they’re fantastic. Much better than processed nutritional supplements or a lot of the protein shakes you’ll find on the market.
